Make sure that your dock station has power. That's why we recieved two power cords. One should be plugged at the dock station, the other cord is for you to keep it in the laptop case at all times so you can use it on the road.
I am attaching a couple of pictures for you.
If your board is not responding please check everything from one end to the other.
