Welcome to Math!   Math Rocks!!

Schedule

My schedule varies, however, I provide math homework help daily from 7:40 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. in Eagle's Nest.


 

 

Learning

During this six weeks we will be learning about:

MATH: In math we are working on a measurement unit. Your students have learned how to measure the perimeter and area of objects and are now learning how to measure the volume and weight of objects.  

A big thank you to all of the parents that helped with our Multiplication Ice Cream party! It was a huge success! The kids really enjoyed it and I think that it served as wonderful motivation for them as they were learning their multiplication facts.  

SOCIAL STUDIES: In social studies we are looking into how communities and life has changed throughout history. 

SCIENCE: In science we are studying a unit on Force and Motion.

Welcome to math

I love math and I am so happy to be the Math Coach at Westcreek Elementary.   As Math Coach, I have the opportunity to work with all students!  Math has started out like a streak of lightening and I am so excited about whaat else is to come this year!!!!!!

This is my 23rd year as a teacher at Westcreek. from TCU in May 2009. GO FROGS!! ... I am from Fort Worth and feel so blessed to be a part of the Lily B. Clayton family.

Outside of teaching my amazing students, I am currently planning a wedding for this upcoming summer! We are very excited! Thank you for all of your sweet congratulations and best wishes!
